Jennifer Glaeser Beck

Jennifer Glaeser Beck is an accomplished research and consulting professional with extensive experience in people analytics and employee engagement. As Vice President at Spring International since November 2010, Jennifer leads the design and execution of customized research projects, helping organizations leverage HR data for informed decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle. Prior to this role, Jennifer served as Senior Director, where large-scale research projects were conducted for Fortune 500 companies and significant trade associations. Earlier professional history includes positions as an Analyst at Adelphi Focus, where healthcare systems were researched, and as Project Director at Adelphi Research by Design, managing market research projects for pharmaceutical companies. Jennifer holds a Master of Public Administration in Economic Development and Growth from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and International Studies from Kenyon College. Jennifer also attended Meždunarodnyj Universitet v Moskve for further studies in 2004.
