Jim Brown

Jim Brown is an accomplished leader in senior living operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Spring Living Retirement Communities since January 2021, Jim Brown played a key role in launching the brand, designing service delivery models, and acquiring 12 retirement communities. Prior to this, Jim Brown held the position of Director of Regional Operations at Chartwell Retirement Residences, overseeing 11 communities in Ontario. Additional experience includes roles as General Manager at Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc., Executive Director at Revera Inc., and various management positions in retail and food services at Labatt Breweries of Canada, Toys R Us, and PepsiCo. Jim Brown holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph and a certificate in Leading with Impact from York University.
