Kelly Johnstone

Kelly Johnstone is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Springboard, where Kelly also serves as the Lead Operations Director of The Springboard Charity & Executive Director of Springboard UK Ltd. Kelly is also the Director for Scotland, North & Midlands. Kelly previously held leadership roles at Thomas Cook and Thomas Cook Cooperative Travel, where Kelly was responsible for store optimization and regional management. With over 12 years of experience in management, Kelly has a strong background in leading teams to achieve industry-leading results. Kelly is also a Trustee of the Thomas Cook Children's Charity. Kelly holds a HND in Business Administration, travel & tourism from Reid Kerr College.
