Kate Carroll (she/they)

Associate Director, Regional Philanthropy at Springboard Collaborative

Kate is a nonprofit professional with years of experience in fundraising, working with nonprofit boards, and project management. Prior to Springboard Collaborative, Kate worked in arts administration and cultural policy at a number of arts and culture organizations. She brings her talents in organization, writing, and relationship building to Springboard's Philanthropy Team to raise resources that power Springboard's programs.

Outside of work, Kate plays her clarinet with a number of groups in Philadelphia and enjoys going on walks in nature.

Kate's favorite childhood book was "Chrysanthemum" by Kevin Henkes. Kate remembers her mother reading this book to her and her sisters, imparting the book's important message that it's not just okay to be different, it is something to be celebrated!
