Amy Chen (She/Her)

As a first generation naturalized American citizen, Amy knows first hand the importance of literacy in early childhood and the door of opportunities that it leads to. Amy is passionate about the mission of Springboard Collaborative and working for an organization focused on helping marginalized youth access life opportunities.

Amy grew up in New York City and holds dual degrees in Accounting and Business Management & Finance. She currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and son. Her favorite childhood book is The Giver by Lois Lowry.
