Sophie Thompson (She/Her)

Sophie joins Springboard as the Business Process Transformation Manager. Her background is primarily in process automation and process improvement. She is excited to bring her expertise in operational efficiency to Springboard.

Sophie is originally from New Orleans, LA but now lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband and two kids. When she’s not wrangling said kids, Sophie enjoys working in her yard and garden, trying new coffee shops with friends, interior design, and reading. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia and an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and loves going back to Athens with her family for games. As mom to two young kids, she is rediscovering favorite books from her childhood as well as discovering new ones. Her current favorite is Farmhouse by Sophie Blackall.
