Tabatha Wendorff (She/Her)

Senior Director, Total Rewards at Springboard Collaborative

Tabatha has always been interested in using her talents to make the community a better place. In college, she found a passion for volunteering and the work of nonprofits. Tabatha has earned a BA in psychology and history, as well as an MS in organizational leadership and business management, and holds a senior certified professional designation from the Society of Human Resource Management. She has worked as a leader and board member for several significant nonprofits supporting community strengthening and children’s health and safety. She believes that people are the heart of all we do, and that finding innovative ways to support and engage people will bring uncommon success to all endeavors. Her favorite childhood story was Patrick Michael Kevin, which she found at a library book sale when she was 4. This not only sparked her lifelong passion for reading but also for the library! PS-she still owns that original copy and it is well-loved!
