Ashley Wantz, BSW, has extensive experience in social work and case management, currently serving as a Case Manager at Family and Children's Services of Central Maryland, Inc. since January 2019. In addition, Ashley has been a Youth Program Coordinator and Career Advisor at the Carroll County Business/Employment Resource Center since December 2016, focusing on helping young individuals aged 16-24 overcome barriers to employment and access resources for career development and education. Previous roles include Social Worker at Carroll County Youth Service Bureau, providing in-home mental health therapy and case management, and Orthodontic Assistant at Scott, Pitrone, Sorkin, Jarvis Orthodontics. Ashley began the professional journey as a Social Work Intern at Commonwealth Center for Children and Adolescents, facilitating intake assessments for adolescents. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Social Work from James Madison University, completed in 2008.
