Crista Aguano

Crista Aguano has extensive finance and accounting experience spanning over two decades. Crista currently holds the position of Regional Director of Finance at Springboard Hospitality since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at 5 MINUTE PHARMACY, LLC starting from April 2018. Crista also worked as the Director of Finance at Timber Resorts from June 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they held various finance roles including Division Controller at Watts Constructors from July 2015 to June 2017, Controller at Island Air from February 2014 to June 2015, Chief Financial Officer at AGR, Inc. from June 2013 to February 2014, and Division Controller at Outrigger Hotels & Resorts from February 2012 to June 2013. Additionally, they served as the Director of Finance at Marriott Vacation Club International from January 2007 to January 2012, and as the Controller at Palace Station for Station Casinos from 2003 to 2007. Crista began their career as a Staff Accountant at Lake Las Vegas Resort in 2002.

Crista Aguano completed their high school education at Kapaa High School between 1988 and 1993. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at UNLV Lee Business School from 1994 to 1999. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Crista obtained an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
