Paola Loupe, PHR has a strong background in Human Resources, with over 10 years of experience in various roles. Paola started their career at Resort at Squaw Creek as a Benefits Administrator, where they were responsible for payroll and maintaining the HRIS system. Paola then moved on to Northstar at Tahoe, where they served as a Payroll and Benefits Manager, handling the processing of payroll for over 1500 employees and managing Workers Compensation cases. After that, Paola worked at Carson Valley Inn as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing day-to-day HR operations and managing job postings and recruiting. Paola then joined Rite of Passage as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled multi-site HR duties and played a key role in the hiring process. Most recently, they served as the Director of Human Resources at The Landing Resort & Spa and The Sierra Nevada Resort & Spa, where they focused on improving policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with employment legislation, and ensuring all personnel matters were handled appropriately. Paola currently holds the position of Area Director of People & Culture at Springboard Hospitality.

Paola Loupe, PHR has an education history that includes earning a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Buenos Aires.
