Christopher Hulbert

Christopher Hulbert is the current Director of Human Resources at Springbrook. Christopher has been in this position for 10 years and 7 months, and is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Christopher also provides strategic leadership by articulating Human Resource needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and to the board of directors.

Prior to their current position, Christopher worked at M&T Bank for 5 years, where they held the titles of AVP, Senior Employee Relations Specialist, and AVP, Human Resources Business Partner. Before that, they were the Area Human Resources Manager at Lowe's for 3 years, and before that they were a Manager at TJX for 3 years.

Christopher Hulbert has a Master's degree from Capella University in Human Resources Management and a MBA from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies in Business Administration. Christopher also has a Bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston in Business Administration.
