Madhumitha Ravi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. Madhumitha started their career in 2013 as a Software Engineering Analyst for Accenture, working with a prominent North American Banking Industry Client. In this role, they proactively documented complexities and anomalies that may arise during the ETL process, reducing post production bugs by 65%. Madhumitha also optimized complex SQL queries and implemented partitioning at the query level.

In 2017, they worked as a System Analysis Intern for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association where they reconciled and profiled member data in adherence to HIPAA, to assess Data Quality and recorded various design flaws. Madhumitha also handled Production Verification and Regression Testing of various Control-M schedules.

Also in 2017, Madhumitha worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst Co-op Intern for Illinois Institute of Technology. In this role, they created queries and reports in Raiser’s Edge, a fundraising tool. Madhumitha also corroborated Data Collection and Data Cleansing activities on Alumni Relation’s data sources and ideated and created ETL data flows.

In 2018, Madhumitha joined EnkayTech as a Business Data Analyst. In this role, they gathered requirements for implementing a Performance Based Payment methodology (PBP) to the Oncology Care Model (OCM). Madhumitha also developed Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and various transformation logic for implementing the Txform application.

Madhumitha also worked for Springbuk in 2018, where they held the roles of Manager of Data Analytics, Operations, Senior Data Analyst, and Data Analyst. In their role as Senior Data Analyst, they exhibited subject matter expertise on healthcare data and terminologies, mapping and layout review process, and various in-house logic surrounding normalization and pipeline development. As Data Analyst, they focused on the responsibilities of both Data Engineer and Analyst and exceeded expectations by clearing Backlog tickets.

Madhumitha Ravi obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from SRM University between 2009 and 2013. Madhumitha then went on to receive their Master's degree in Information Technology and Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they hold a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
