Martha Hargrove Leeder

Martha Hargrove Leeder is an accomplished professional in capital formation and investor relations, currently serving as the Director of Capital Formation at Springdale Ventures since July 2025. With extensive fundraising experience, Martha's expertise includes raising over $475 million at DXD Capital and Titan Fund Management, where strategic communication and relationship-building with investors were key achievements. Additionally, Martha is the Founder and Principal of Ladybird, a boutique real estate investment firm focused on revitalizing historic properties in New Mexico. Educationally, Martha holds a Master of Arts from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
