Duncan F.

Duncan F. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT industry. Duncan started their career in 1993 at IBM Canada LTD, where they worked as a Technician and Technical Support, responsible for supporting and repairing IBM clients and products. Duncan then moved to G.E Capital I.T Solutions, working as an IT Support Analyst, responsible for liaison between the IT department and end users.

In 1997, Duncan joined Molson Breweries as an I.T. Support Analyst, serving as a liaison between the IT department and end users in the Ontario region.

In 1999, they joined SGI as a Regional Systems Admin, but the duration of their role is not specified.

From 2003 to 2016, Duncan worked at Roynat Capital as a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Services, where they were responsible for maintenance, design, planning, and implementation of IT infrastructure. Duncan also ensured operational efficiency and delivered quality services.

In 2016, Duncan joined Springer-Miller Systems as a Senior IT Manager and later took on the role of Director of IT and Cloud Operations. In these roles, they had various responsibilities, including advising top executives on technical and business strategies, managing the SMS Help Desk operations, and implementing policies and procedures for system integration and security.

Most recently, in 2022, Duncan joined Lean Industries as Director of IT and Product Support.

Duncan F. attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
