Dinah Spence possesses extensive experience in risk and compliance management, currently serving as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and Group Compliance Officer at Springer Nature since June 2015, following a significant merger. Previously, Dinah held the position of Group Compliance Officer at Macmillan, where responsibilities included overseeing anti-bribery and corruption measures, competition, data protection, and compliance monitoring. Dinah's earlier career includes serving as Compliance Counsel for Europe and Asia at Sotheby's, Inc. and as a Partner at Charles Russell LLP. Dinah holds a Master's degree from Birkbeck Faculty of Business and Law.
