Lydia Gaddis

Lydia Gaddis has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Lydia most recently worked as the Executive Director of Human Capital at the Springfield City School District since January 2023. Prior to that, from July 2021 to January 2023, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Dayton Christian School. From June 2018 to July 2021, Lydia held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Springfield City School District. Before that, they worked at Cedarville University, where they held various roles including Associate Vice President for University Human Resources from September 2014 to June 2018, Director of Staffing Services from April 2014 to September 2014, and Staffing Services Coordinator from April 2012 to March 2014. In addition, Lydia had experience as a Payroll Administrator at ADP from January 2010 to March 2012, as well as an HR Data Management Analyst at NorthgateArinso from March 2008 to December 2009. Lydia initially started their career as an HR Administrative Assistant at the Ohio Secretary of State from May 2005 to December 2007.

Lydia Gaddis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Administration from Cedarville University. Lydia also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their formal education, Lydia has obtained several certifications. Lydia is a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certified by HRCI, a Human Capital Leaders in Education (pHCLE) certified by the American Association of School Personnel Administrators, and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certified by SHRM.
