Hayden Lyons

Hayden Lyons is an educational leader with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Founding Principal at Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership since July 2021, overseeing a dual language middle school for the Springfield community. Since August 2020, Hayden has also been a Fellow at BES, a national nonprofit focused on developing educational leaders. Additional roles include serving as an Independent Contractor - Math Specialist with Cambridge Education, and a Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, both since September 2015. Prior to these positions, Hayden held significant roles such as Principal Consultant at Cambridge Education and Principal at Harlem Children's Zone. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Communication & Technology from New York University, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership & Technology from Adelphi University, and a Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of the West Indies.
