Carlene Henriquez has a diverse work experience in customer service roles, ranging from positions at a gas station, bridal shop, grocery store, and fruit arrangement company. Currently working as a Paraprofessional at Springfield Prep Charter School, Carlene also has experience as a Customer Service Clerk at MassMutual Center and Edible Arrangements. At Big Y World Class Market, Carlene held various customer service roles and was involved in training staff on point of sale systems. Henriquez graduated from High School of Science and Technology in 2010 with a diploma in General Studies.
