Colleen Amaya

Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent at Springfield School District

Colleen Amaya has worked in a variety of administrative roles over the course of their career. Colleen began as an executive assistant to the CEO of Baptist Health in 2010. In 2012, they transitioned to physician recruiter for the same company. In 2014, they left Baptist Health to take an administrative assistant role with Raycom Media. Colleen remained with Raycom for two years before returning to Springfield School District, where they currently serve as administrative assistant to the superintendent.

Colleen Amaya has an Associate's Degree in Legal Secretarial Studies from Lyndon State College and a Diploma from Springfield High School.

Colleen Amaya works with Lisa Hall - Transportation Coordinator, Kelly Ryan - Director of Special Services, and Richard Pembroke - Director of Fiscal Services. Colleen Amaya reports to Sherri Nichols, Superintendent.
