Steven Conway

Steven Conway is a seasoned professional in sports management and merchandise, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Curator of Merchandise at Northeastern Throwback Threads since October 2016. With extensive experience in sports organizations, Steven has held positions such as Clubhouse Manager for the Worcester Bravehearts Baseball since May 2015 and Assistant Equipment Manager for Worcester Railers HC until September 2024. Steven's expertise includes game day preparations and equipment management, evidenced by roles as Equipment Staff Member for the Springfield Thunderbirds and Hartford Wolf Pack, as well as Equipment Manager for the Worcester County Wildcats Football team. A graduate of Nichols College with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management, Steven also has experience in property preservation and has worked in various roles ensuring operational efficiency in sports environments.
