Joshua Fletcher is an experienced electrical engineer and manager with a career spanning over a decade in the engineering and utility sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of SpringNet Design & Construction at SpringNet / City Utilities since June 2015, Joshua has a strong background in substation design and protection from a previous role at Electric Power Systems. Additional experience includes electrical engineering internships focusing on PLC programming and troubleshooting at MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG, as well as an electrical engineering co-op at City Utilities of Springfield. Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Evangel University.
