Pat Schaeffer

Pat Schaeffer is the Founding Principal of Talent Strategy Partners LLC and co-founder of Silo-Busting Networking. Additionally, Pat serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Springpoint Senior Living and is a Charter Partner at Pyxis HR Consulting Consortium. Previously, Pat held the position of Principal & Senior Consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1968 and 1972.
