Sandi Ko

Sandi Ko has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compliance. Sandi currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Compliance Officer at Springpoint Senior Living, where they have been employed since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as the Compliance Officer and Director of Corporate Compliance at the same company.

Before joining Springpoint Senior Living, Sandi worked at Watermark Retirement Communities as the Director of Human Resources from 2004 to 2014. Sandi also has experience as an Operations Manager at Crate and Barrel from 1999 to 2004.

Sandi Ko attended Farmingdale State College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Sandi then pursued their education at John Jay College (CUNY) from 1999 to 2002, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration.
