Currently serving as Director of Operations at Springs Fabrication, LLC since January 2022, Keith has previously held roles such as Manufacturing Manager at SpringsFab ATG and Supply Chain Manager at Custom Microwave, Inc. Additionally, Keith's background includes various management positions at Air Methods, Adam Aircraft, Damar Aerosystems, Giddens Industries, and Boeing Commercial Airplanes, demonstrating a strong expertise in production planning, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing methodologies. Keith holds a Lean Enterprise Certification from Washington Manufacturing Services.
