Michael Gleason

Michael Gleason has extensive experience in the machining and fabrication industry, currently serving as a Machining Specialist at Springs Fabrication, Inc. since February 2010, where responsibilities include machining estimating, process development, cutting tool selection, and cost reduction through continuous improvements. Prior to this role, Michael was a consultant for machine shop skills training at PRYER in 2009. Michael also served as a Past Trustee for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Tooling & Machining Association from 1991 to 2005 and held the position of President at Howland Machine Corporation from 1979 to 2001.
