Katherine Villamil

Katherine Villamil has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles in different companies. Katherine is currently the Director of Business Development for Latin America at Springshot. Prior to this, they worked at SAI SAS Servicios Aeroportuarios Integrados as a Gerente Comercial and later as Jefe de optimización operacional. Additionally, they served as Coordinadora de estrategia y proyectos at the same company. At Avianca, Katherine held positions such as Coordinadora de Control de Negocio operaciones terrestres AVH and Administradora de Proyectos Operaciones Terrestres. Katherine also has experience as a Property Manager Administrative Operations at GRUPO ACERO - OTCA SAS and as an Assistant Property Manager Operations at GRUPO ACERO – OTCA SAS. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at PRODUCTOS NATURALES DE LA SABANA S.A, Asistente operativa at Datos y procesos, and Analista de producción at Syntofarma. Katherine started their career as a Monitora académica at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Katherine Villamil pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2006 to 2012, they attended Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and earned a degree in Ingeniera Industrial, with a focus on Calculo, estadistica, ing de procesos. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Politecnico di Torino and completed a Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale, specializing in Estrategia corporativa. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, Katherine received a Master's degree in Dirección y administración de proyectos from Universidad de Valencia.
