Ben West

Ben West is an experienced facilities management professional currently serving as the Director of Facilities, Security, and Campus Safety at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy since July 2023. As Principal Partner at 4Schools since October 2018, Ben has focused on facilities management services, project management, owner’s representation, and utilities efficiency. Previously, Ben was the Owner of J West & Associates LLC from October 2020 to June 2023 and the Facilities Director at the Lab School of Washington from April 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing multiple buildings, overseeing operations, and implementing security measures. Additional experience includes working as an Associate at The Stone House Group, specializing in green building management, and running a charter boat company, Sadie Sea Charters, from 2004 to 2010. Ben holds a BA in Business Management and Political Science from Penn State University, along with additional education in business administration.
