Joshua Lipschultz, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Joshua Lipschultz, Ph.D., BCBA-D has been working in the field since 2015. In that year, they worked as an Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Consultant for The Scott Center for Autism Treatment and a Curriculum Development Specialist for ABA Technologies, Inc. In 2016, they were an Administrative Intern for Health First, where they taught leadership development courses, coached leaders to provide effective feedback, and helped set up systems and metrics to decrease pressure ulcer prevalence. In 2017, they were an Assistant Professor and Instructor and Site Director for the Hybrid Master's Program in Professional Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of Business Systems at May Institute. Currently, they are a Quality Safety Regulatory Project Manager at UMass Memorial Medical Center, where they lead as a change agent, improvement advisor, and facilitator, and leads and develops sustainable performance and process improvement strategies. Joshua also recently began working as a Senior Strategic Operations Manager and Strategic Operations Manager at Springtide Child Development.

Joshua Lipschultz, Ph.D., BCBA-D has an extensive educational history. Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lafayette College in 2012. Joshua then continued their education at Caldwell University, where they earned a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014. In 2017, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Joshua also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Michigan in 2019. In 2020, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, which they are currently enrolled in. Joshua has also obtained two certifications from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB): a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2014 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral in 2017.
