Connie Gill

Connie Gill has extensive experience in various roles centered around communication, education, and management. Since August 2016, Connie has been working as a Communication Assistant and Instructional Assistant at Springtown ISD. Previous roles include serving as a Communication Assistant for Deaf Education at Parker County Co-Op and as a custodian at Weatherford ISD. Prior to these positions, Connie held multiple roles including Retail Supervisor and Retail Representative at CROSSMARK, where responsibilities included training representatives and meeting execution goals. Additional experience includes working as a Community Developer at the Communication Access Center, where relationships with businesses were established to create employment opportunities for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals, and as an Employment Specialist at New Horizons Rehabilitation Services. Connie's career also includes management roles, such as managing an Adult Foster Care Facility and overseeing sales for a district of Avon Representatives. Educational credentials include a cosmetology license from Mr. Davids School of Cosmetology and a high school diploma from Carman High School.
