Sierra Horton

Sierra Horton is an experienced educator with a strong background in science instruction. Currently serving as a 7th Grade Honors and 8th Grade Science Teacher at Springtown Independent School District since July 2020, Sierra has previously worked as an Elementary Educator at Azle Independent School District from August 2018 to July 2020 and as a 6th Grade Science Teacher at Faith Family Academy from August 2016 to June 2018. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from the University of Texas at Tyler, completed in 2016, and possesses an Alternative Certification in 4-8 Generalist and 7-12 Science from Texas Teachers, obtained in 2016.
