Melissa Kugel

Melissa (Missy) Kugel has extensive experience in human resources and management roles. Their most recent position is as the Human Resources Director at Springwoods Behavioral Health. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Northwest Health from 2017 to 2022. Melissa (Missy) started their career at Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter, where they held various roles such as Child Care Coordinator, Program Director, and On Call Child Care Coordinator. Melissa also worked as an Office Manager/Accounting Assistant at Lightning Electric Inc and held multiple positions at Community Physicians Group, including Office Support/Receptionist, Office Manager, Human Resources, and Public Relations/Marketing. Throughout their career, Melissa has demonstrated their expertise in HR operations, employee management, recruitment, benefits administration, counseling, and compliance.
