Jill Aremia

Jill Aremia has a long and diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jill is currently working at SpringWorks Therapeutics as the Executive Director of R&D Business Operations since January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Outsource Management at the same company from April 2019 to January 2024. Before joining SpringWorks Therapeutics, Jill founded Vivelix Pharmaceuticals Corp. in 2016 and served as the Founder and Director of Outsourcing, Financial & Project Management until March 2019. Jill also worked at Array BioPharma Inc. as the Director of Development Outsourcing from October 2015 to March 2016. Jill's previous experience includes roles at Salix Pharmaceuticals, Talecris Biotherapeutics, etrials Worldwide, Gilead Sciences, and GlaxoWellcome.

Jill Aremia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan University and NC Wesleyan College. Jill also obtained a certification in Coaching and Developing Employees from LinkedIn in 2021.
