Michael Leblanc

Michael LeBlanc is an experienced professional in CMC operations and analytical development with a robust background spanning over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the CMC Operations Director at SpringWorks Therapeutics since October 2022, Michael previously held the position of Senior Director at QED Therapeutics, where responsibilities included overseeing the analytical development for drug substances and various formulations. Prior roles included Director of Analytical Development at BridgeBio and extensive experience at GSK, where Michael progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming an Investigator. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in managing analytical methodologies, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and leading multidisciplinary teams in the successful transfer of analytical methods for drug development.
