Troy Unfried has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Troy'smost recent position is as Regional Business Director - East at SpringWorks Therapeutics starting in September 2022. Before that, they worked at Epizyme as the Executive Director, Head of Thought Leader Engagement from March 2022 to September 2022, and as a Sr. Regional Business Director from September 2019 to February 2022. Prior to Epizyme, Troy held various positions at Bayer, Heron Therapeutics, Inc., Medivation, Dendreon, Eli Lilly and Company, ImClone Systems, Johnson & Johnson, and ALZA Corporation. Troy has experience in sales management, sales training, operations, and leadership roles within the oncology sector.

Troy Unfried earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Evansville.
