Brett Willis

Brett Willis has accumulated extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Brett currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at Sprinkles Cupcakes since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Development Officer at Pei Wei in 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Chief Development Officer at CiCi's Pizza, and from 2014 to 2016, they worked as the Vice President of Franchise and Corporate Development at the same company. Before joining CiCi's Pizza, Brett held the position of Executive Vice President of Business Development at The Meat House in 2013. Brett also worked as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales at Smashburger from 2012 to 2013, and at Johnny Rockets from 2011 to 2012. In the earlier years of their career, they held various positions at Arby's Restaurant Group, including Vice President and Director of Franchise Development. Brett started their career at Sonic Drive-In as a Financial Analyst before transitioning to Manager of Franchise Sales.

Brett Willis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Oklahoma State University. Brett attended the university from 1990 to 1994. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 1996 to 1999.
