Alfredo Luna has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Alfredo most recently worked at Sprinklr as a Senior Success Manager starting in 2021. Prior to that, they spent six years at Oracle as a SaaS Customer Success Manager, where they focused on driving maximum adoption of Oracle SaaS solutions and identifying product expansion opportunities.
