Audrey Menager

Audrey Menager has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies.

From 2019 to the present, Audrey worked at Sprinklr, initially starting as a Senior Implementation Consultant and then progressing to become a Lead Implementation Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Service Implementation Team Manager.

Prior to joining Sprinklr, Audrey worked at Return Path from 2017 to 2019. Their roles included Associate Email Strategist and Email Strategist. Audrey demonstrated strong project management skills and contributed to different projects such as Return Path Academy International, Global Client Services Knowledge sharing, and Professional Services new offering.

Before Return Path, Audrey gained experience at Ohwee from 2014 to 2017. Here, they worked as a Group Leader and Senior Digital Project Manager, focusing on digital strategy, client relationship management, and project management.

In 2012, Audrey was employed as a Web Project Manager at Top Office, where they analyzed team needs, counseled in UX/UI design, and ensured the quality and timeliness of projects.

Prior to Top Office, Audrey worked at Goweb from 2009 to 2012, also as a Web Project Manager. Their responsibilities included analyzing client needs, advising on design and technical solutions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring project quality, schedules, and budgets.

Further back, in 2008, Audrey served as a Webdesigner at ETO Digital, and in 2007, they were a Web project coordinator at Groupe stores et volets.

Throughout their career, Audrey has consistently demonstrated their expertise in project management, digital strategy, client relationship management, and UX/UI design.

Audrey Menager began their education journey in 2005 at IFA Pôle CCI Strasbourg, where they earned a Higher National Diploma of Administratif Management. Audrey then pursued a Bachelor's degree in e-commerce at IUT C Lille 2 from 2007 to 2008. Following that, in 2008, they attended Efficom Lille and obtained a Bachelor's degree in webdesign and webintegration. In April 2021, Audrey Menager obtained a certification in Conversational AI: Path from Sprinklr.
