Diane Adams

Diane Adams has devoted her career to building and studying the role of culture in a company’s success. Whether she's at the helm of a Fortune 500 human resource organization or independently coaching chief executives, her passion is always helping people live extraordinary professional and personal lives.

As the Chief Culture and Talent Officer at Sprinklr, her team focuses on accelerating the growth of a high-performing, inclusive culture. Prior to Sprinklr, Diane served as Chief Culture and Talent Officer for McGraw-Hill Education. Before that, she was integral to growing talent and revenue as the Chief People Officer at Qlik Technologies. She also spent four years managing HR at Allscripts Healthcare, where she helped triple the company in size. Additionally, Diane held top HR leadership roles for 14 years at Cisco Systems, where she helped the company grow from 3,800 employees to more than 70,000, while revenues jumped from $2.2 billion to more than $40 billion.

She is a graduate in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
