Associate Director, Inside Sales at Sprinklr

Emily Sparks has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship as an Inside Sales Intern at Sprinklr in 2017. Emily then progressed to roles including Enterprise Relationship Manager and Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager before becoming a Team Lead in 2019. In 2021, Emily assumed the position of Manager, Inside Sales at Sprinklr, where they built and scaled a team dedicated to qualifying inbound leads. Emily currently holds the position of Associate Director, Inside Sales at Sprinklr, overseeing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) that support various divisions and segments within the company. Emily Sparks has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Human Resources Management (Double Major) from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business. Emily also studied Marketing/Human Resources Management at Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand.
