Gloria Roheim McRae has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles.

Gloria currently works at Sprinklr as the Regional Vice President of Customer Success, Global Strategic Accounts, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success, Global Strategic Accounts at the same company from April 2021 to April 2022.

At Hootsuite, Gloria held several managerial roles. Gloria was the Senior Manager, Solutions & Value Consultants (North America, East) from January 2019 to November 2019, where they managed a team of solutions consultants and architects and oversaw solution engineering support for key partners. Prior to this, they were the Manager, Solutions & Value Consultants (North America, East) from January 2018 to January 2019, where they built and coached a team of pre-sales consultants to achieve enterprise sales targets. Gloria also served as a Senior Value Consultant from November 2016 to December 2017, where they designed and delivered tailored workshops and solutions demonstrations to strategic customers in the Financial Services and Insurance sector.

Gloria co-founded Wedge15.com in 2010, where they served as a Consultant until January 2017. Here, they helped clients in various sectors establish a strong digital presence and develop effective brand strategies.

Gloria also worked as a Blogger at HuffPost from October 2013 to November 2016, where they shared their insights and expertise through blog posts.

Earlier in their career, Gloria worked as an Associate at The Strategic Counsel from April 2008 to July 2010, where they contributed to research and consulting projects. Gloria also worked as a Project Manager for Canada's World at the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, and as a Legislative & Policy Assistant at the Ministry of Finance in the Government of Ontario.

In 2005, Gloria worked as a Consultant at Ramboll Consortium, where they gained experience in the consulting field.

Gloria Roheim McRae has a diverse education history. Gloria obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Canadian Studies from McGill University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Gloria then pursued further education at the University of Toronto from 2006 to 2008 and earned a Master of Arts degree in European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies.

In 2009, Gloria completed a Certificate in Qualitative Market Research through the MRIA Moderator's Training Course.

Gloria also expanded their knowledge in finance and financial management services by completing the Harmonized Life License Qualification Program (HLLQP) at Durham College in 2017.

Aside from their formal education, Gloria has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. In 2016, they completed Enterprise Platform Training through Hootsuite. In 2020, they obtained a certificate in Prosci® Leading Your Team Through Change from Prosci. Furthermore, in 2021, Gloria received certifications in Modern Care Product and Modern Research Product from Sprinklr. Most recently, in 2022, they completed the Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship program offered by LinkedIn.
