Heidi Hamilton-Reed

Heidi Hamilton-Reed has extensive work experience in HR and talent management. Their most recent role is Senior Director of Culture and Talent EMEA at Sprinklr, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to that, Heidi worked at NetApp UK from 2015 to 2022, first as an HR Manager and then as an HR Manager EMEA. Prior to that, Heidi held various HR roles at Cisco from 2003 to 2011, including HR Manager for New Legal Entities and Compliance, HR Manager for Business Partner roles, and HR Manager for Graduate Recruitment Manager UK&Ireland, among others.

Heidi began their career at Cisco in 2001 as an HR Specialist in International Planning and Analysis.

Heidi Hamilton-Reed pursued their education in Human Resources Management. Heidi attended Buckinghamshire New University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they enrolled in Open University Australia to complete a foundation course in Human Resource Management, earning an AHRI degree. Additionally, Heidi has obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in June 2021. Heidi also has an MCIPD certification from IPD, although the specific month and year of obtaining the MCIPD certification were not provided.
