Kelay Shah

Kelay Shah has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. They began their career as a Software Development Intern at Just Dial Limited in 2016. Following this, Kelay worked as a Data Analyst Intern at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2017. During their internship, they focused on developing a "governance index" to measure government performance.

In 2015, Kelay joined the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology. Here, they served as a Member of the Anti-Ragging Committee, ensuring a safe environment for students. They also took on roles as a Teaching Assistant for courses in Introduction to Programming and System Software. Additionally, Kelay held positions on the Academic Committee, facilitating communication between students and the institute administration to enhance the academic environment.

Kelay's most recent position is at Sprinklr, where they have taken on increasingly senior roles. They started as a Product Engineer - Intern in 2018, eventually progressing to Senior Product Engineer. Kelay later became a Lead Product Engineer, responsible for leading a team and contributing to product development. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Engineering.

Throughout their career, Kelay has gained experience in software development, data analysis, teaching, and leadership roles.

Kelay Shah completed their education from 1999 to 2014 at The Mother's School in Vadodara. Kelay obtained their 12th HSC degree in the Science-PCM stream with a grade of 94% and their 10th SSC degree with a grade of 92%. From 2014 to 2018, Kelay attended the Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, where they pursued a B.Tech Honours in ICT with a minor in Computational Science. In March 2016, they obtained a certification in R Programming from Coursera. Additionally, Kelay completed a certification in Applied CS with Android, obtained from Google at an unspecified time.
