Kshitij Sobti has a strong background in IT and customer support, with experience working in various roles and companies. Kshitij joined Wipro Limited in December 2013 as a Senior Associate, where they worked until June 2015. After that, they joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Analyst in June 2015 and stayed there until August 2017. Following that, they worked at Salesforce as an Application Specialist from August 2017 to April 2023. Currently, they are working at Sprinklr as a Platinum Support Account Manager II, starting in April 2023.

Kshitij Sobti completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the College of Engineering Roorkee. Kshitij attended this institution from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Kshitij has obtained certifications from Salesforce. Kshitij became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in January 2021 and a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in March 2022.
