Lacey Ruffino

Lacey Ruffino's work experience starts in 2013 with the role of Web Designer/Multimedia Specialist at Communities In Schools of Rome-Floyd County. From there, they became a Community Relations Specialist at Douglas County School System in 2013. In 2013 as well, they started their own company, Graphics By Lacey, where they served as the Founder & Designer until 2016. In 2015, they joined Assurant as a Social Media Intern and later became a Social Media Coordinator. Their last role at Assurant was Social Insights Analyst, which they held from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Sprinklr as a Managed Services Consultant since 2019. Over their time at Sprinklr, they have progressed to positions including Senior Managed Services Consultant, Lead Managed Services Consultant, GSA East, and Manager - Managed Services.

Lacey Ruffino completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Visual Communication at Berry College from 2009 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications from institutions such as LinkedIn and Sprinklr. Some of these certifications include "Internal MS SmartHub" and "Writing to Connect — Email Writing Skills" obtained in March 2023, "Influencing Others" and "Working on a Cross-Functional Team" obtained in August 2022, and several design thinking related certifications obtained in May 2022. Additionally, Lacey acquired multiple certifications in different Sprinklr tools and platforms, including "Sprinklr Sandbox Pro," "Sprinklr Brand Manager Pro," "Sprinklr Campaign Manager Pro," "Sprinklr Community Manager Pro," "Sprinklr Engagement Analyst Pro," "Sprinklr Location Analyst Pro," "Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro," and "Sprinklr Product Analyst Pro," all obtained in December 2020.
