Lilian Jardim has a diverse work experience in customer success and sales roles. Lilian is currently employed at Sprinklr as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they focus on maintaining strategic relationships with customers, ensuring adoption and value realization, tracking customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Prior to this, they worked at Shutterstock INC. as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed contract renewals, provided account and licensing support, onboarded new customers, and coordinated enterprise clients for retention and growth. Before that, they worked at Editora Globo as a Digital Media Sales representative, responsible for sales and branded content projects across various platforms. Lilian also has experience as a Media Coordinator at Fbiz, where they developed digital media strategies and plans, and as a Media Assistant at WMcCann and a Media Trainee at Wunderman.

Lilian Jardim completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Finance from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Social Communication, Advertising, and Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, graduating in 2012.
