Associate Director, Belonging - Environmental, Social & Governance & Future Of Work at Sprinklr

Chloe Lipp Wellman has a diverse work experience in various roles related to wellness and workplace culture. Chloe is currently working at Sprinklr as the Associate Director of Belonging - Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), DEIB & FOW. In this role, they lead the development of strategies and operations for global initiatives related to ESG, DEIB, and FOW. Chloe also manages relationships across the organization to operationalize and communicate Sprinklr's ESG story.

Prior to Sprinklr, Chloe worked as the Associate Director of Culture Transformation at Sprinklr, where they focused on creating and promoting a thriving culture of engagement and wellbeing for the company's team members.

Chloe also has experience in the non-profit sector, serving as the National Executive Vice President on the Board of Directors for the United Women in Business Foundation. In this role, they facilitated the professional and personal development of women through educational programming and networking opportunities.

Before joining Sprinklr and the United Women in Business Foundation, Chloe worked as a global corporate engagement and wellbeing strategist at McGraw Hill Education. Chloe was responsible for designing and implementing wellbeing programs and increasing engagement and satisfaction among employees.

Chloe also has their own consulting business called CLW Workplace Culture + Wellbeing, where they provide services to corporations looking to create and enhance workplace wellness programs.

Chloe began their career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, where they held various roles including Global Wellness & Engagement Manager and Product Operations Specialist.

Chloe received their BS in Public Health and Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Chloe Lipp Wellman holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Policy and Administration (MHA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to their MHA, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Health, with a second major in Latin American Studies and a minor in Chemistry, also at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Chloe then pursued further studies in Latin American Studies at the University of Havana, the University of Buenos Aires, and the Universidad del Salvador. In addition to their academic qualifications, Chloe obtained a certification as a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) from Blue Lotus Yoga & Wellness in March 2018.
