Mohsen Ezzy has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Mohsen most recently worked as a Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager at Sprinklr, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Commercial Account Manager for the UAE Market at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2020 to May 2023. From October 2017 to November 2020, Mohsen worked as a Business Development Consultant at Oracle. Before that, they were a Credit Analyst in Corporate Banking/Large Corporate at National Bank of Kuwait from October 2015 to October 2017. Their earliest known position was as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance Egypt from December 2014 to March 2015.

Mohsen Ezzy attended Loughborough University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Political Science and Government. During the same period, they also studied at The British University in Egypt and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.

In 2015, Mohsen pursued further education at the Egyptian Banking Institute and completed a certified credit analyst program, earning a credit course certificate. In 2016, they attended the Regional IT Institute and received a post-graduate certificate in Data Analytics for Decision Making.

Prior to their university education, from 2002 to 2009, Mohsen Ezzy completed their high school education at Futures Language Schools, earning a high school diploma with a focus on Mathematics.

Apart from their formal education, Mohsen has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2017, they completed the BDG Class of EMEA Onboarding Training from Oracle. In 2016, they acquired the "Data Analytics for Decision Making" certification from Regional IT, and also became a credit counselor through the Egyptian Banking Institute. More recently, in 2022, they obtained the HPE Sales Certified - Hybrid Cloud Solutions certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and in 2023, they completed the Challenger Fundamentals - Core Sales Skills program offered by Challenger.
