Nils Eigenbrod has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nils began their career at operational services GmbH & Co.KG in 2009, where they worked as a Junior Marketing Consultant and later as a Marketing Consultant. In these roles, they managed rollout projects, conducted business development projects, and supported sales activities.

In 2013, Nils joined AutoVision GmbH as a Consultant. Here, they led IT projects, analyzed requirements, and presented solutions to clients. Nils also created and launched a software to visualize core business processes, and managed a project team.

Nils then pursued an MBA and worked as an MBA Summer Associate at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2015.

In 2016, Nils joined Microsoft and held various roles within the company. Nils started as a Product Marketing Manager for Windows Commercial, then transitioned to a Business Group Lead for Windows, and finally became a Customer Success Manager. In the role of Customer Success Manager, they worked closely with enterprise customers to help them transform the way they work and maximize the value of their Modern Workplace investments.

Currently, Nils is working at Sprinklr as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Nils is responsible for ensuring the success of customers and is now a Team Lead in the Customer Success department.

Nils Eigenbrod completed their education history as follows. From 2014 to 2016, they attended IESE Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2015, they also participated in the International Exchange Program at The Wharton School. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, Nils pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Applied Media Science at Technische Universität Ilmenau. In 2008 to 2009, they took part in the International Exchange Program at Ateneo de Manila University, focusing on Communication. Additionally, Nils has obtained several certifications, including "Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All" from LinkedIn in January 2021, "High Performance Mindset" from Compete to Create in June 2019, "Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals" from Microsoft in May 2019, "Change Practitioner" from Prosci in November 2018, and "Certified Project Manager" from Volkswagen Group Academy (obtained month and year not provided).
