Rahul Juneja

Rahul Juneja has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and release management. Rahul started their career at Fidelity International, where they worked as a Programmer and later as an Analyst Programmer. In these roles, they were responsible for creating branches, build definitions, and setting up environments for development and testing. Rahul also implemented development policies and introduced high availability and disaster recovery solutions.

Rahul then joined Virtusa as a DevOps Consultant and Associate Consultant. Here, they were accountable for completing production releases without any customer impact or delays. Rahul also created dashboards for continuous monitoring and implemented one-click deployment. Additionally, they set up proactive monitoring and health checks using scripts.

Most recently, Rahul worked at BT as a Release Manager. In this role, they ensured buy-in from development and operational teams for DevOps delivery methods. Rahul oversaw the coordination, integration, and flow of development, testing, and deployment to support continuous delivery. Rahul also utilized scrum and agile management methodologies to optimize team time utilization and led sprint reviews and daily scrum meetings. Rahul maintained constant communication with senior management both internally and within the client's company, tracked project progress, and presented trainings on SCM best practices.

Overall, Rahul has a strong background in DevOps, release management, and continuous integration and deployment. Rahul is experienced in implementing strategies for efficient and high availability production systems and has worked with various tools such as Git, Jenkins, and SVN.

Rahul Juneja completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science Engineering from Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be University) Official. Rahul obtained this degree from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in August 2018, MYSQL and PHP Applications from NIIT Learning Solutions for Enterprises Business in September 2012, and Certificate Course in Network Technician from CompTIA in August 2012.
