Rami Soubra

Rami Soubra is an experienced professional specializing in customer engagement solutions, currently holding the position of Customer Engagement Solutions Specialist at Avaya since October 2017, following a role as a Sales Associate. Prior to Avaya, Rami served as an IT Consultant at Inspire Business Consult from December 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included designing reports for Fusion Banking Trade Innovation and tailoring system settings for bank requirements. Rami also has teaching experience as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Ahliah School Downtown from September 2015 to August 2016, instructing students in the American high school and Lebanese programs for grades 10 and 11. Rami earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut between 2011 and 2015, following an earlier education at Saint Mary's Orthodox College from 1996 to 2011.
